Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs
The shipping cost for destinations outside Italy will be calculated after the order confirmation. If you want to know in advance the shipping costs for your area, please contact us indicating:
- Products you wish to purchase;
- Full destination address
Alternatively, you can confirm the order and choose to pay by bank transfer. We will contact you to pay for the transport costs. If you prefer, you can then ask for full payment by credit card / PayPal.
If, on the other hand, you are sure you want to buy the product, you can decide to proceed directly to the online payment and you will be contacted to pay the integration of transport costs.
Delivery times
The products are generally shipped within 5 working days from the payment confirmation and delivered in the following 2 / 4 days depending on the destination area. However, we will process your order as quickly as possible. The goods will travel by express courier with tracking and signature delivery.
In the event that the delivery must take place in disadvantaged locations or remote areas, times may be slightly extended.
